Deployed our new stacked thresholds logic this week. Few hiccups, as usual, but overall good. A customer who shall remain nameless gave away nearly 50 distinct prizes to one player and gave away 32 chances at other prizes to another.

Best players deserve best opportunities. Loyalty goes both ways. We're excited to see it working and paying off.

Conference in Southern California is interesting, to say the least. Fascinating mix of people and some good insight into changes in the industry. Glad to be a part. Jason was missed and several folks asked after him.

Also pleasant to meet a number of customers that I have never met before and have a chance to discuss challenges they are fighting every day. I suspect some of those conversations will materialize in improvements to the products.

As we move into the holiday season, and for many of our customers, either out of budget season into their new fiscal year, or into final budgets for the end of the fiscal year, what are you doing for yourselves to try and hold the line or maybe even incrementally increase revenue next year?

With a couple of notable exceptions, the national domestic market seems to be flat or down across the board; and whether its saturation or something else, I suspect that bricks and mortar return is going to be hard fought for the next few years, if not forever. What's helping you turn the corner?

Had a chance to see the industry benchmarks at G2E today. Don't really feel like anyone is raising the bar much.

We have recently changed our phone system provider and moved to a different, IP-based PBX system. This has caused us a few unexpected issues -- one of which was that the toll-free number was cut over properly but that the local number didn't cut over properly until today. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused any of you and assure you we are still here, still answering the phone, just had a problem with the provider. From now, please feel free to call either the toll free or the direct, main line, going forward.
