Never let your mind and your thoughts defeat you. I’ve learned early on not to put limitations on myself. If you can envision it, you can achieve it! It’s been a while since I’ve went this heavy so I wanted a good spotter behind me in my attempt of 405 # just in case This was actually recorded about 4 months ago.

My hitters 💪🏾💪🏽💪🏾💪🏽 It’s rare that you can catch us all at the same time and all on the same workout session. All are heavy hitters and about that action. Say less and let your actions speak louder than your words. Superset session no. # 2. Pain comes along with it but you you have to be mentally ready. 10 Sets x 6 exercises for 10 reps each simultaneously bacc-to-bacc nonstop.

Awesome full upper body session last night with my team. We stay strapped and always ready!! 💪🏾💪🏽💪🏽 The homie definitely bout that action. All you gotta do is tell him the time and place and he’ll be there! I can my money on it! A real rider. He wasn’t scared or a bit intimidated at all by 2 O.G.’s.

My bro asked me what I wanted to get into and so we banged it out. The 3 of us supersetted
We had nothing left by the time we we’re all done working 5 different muscle variations and exercises. Pouring sweat and out of breath. With a moderate amount of weight on all exercises without any rest 🥵💦💦💦

This was an excellent routine for cutting, toning and endurance. I’ll be sure to video the next time we do these just so you can see how hard we work in a nonstop rotation
