Summer is my favorite time of year. I LOVE the sun and the downtime from a busy set schedule. I absolutley cherish my summers and here is a little more insight on my SUMMER of 2026!
Every summer, I do the same thing: I shut down (a little) on the outside so I can upgrade on the inside — because the better I get, the better I can serve you. If you know me, I am a non stop train --going full speed until after the holidays when summer ends.
While the day-to-day of being an agent never stops — showings, contracts, clients, deadlines, CLOSINGS!!! — summer is when I go all in on becoming a better version of the agent I was last year, for your benefit. I like to think of it as my annual software update, not a factory reset ;)
This summer's upgrades, all with you in mind:
I took a much needed deep dive into AI and how it can serve my clients better. I am sure you've noticed some fun and silly videos--thanks to my marketing team, I rebuilt my website to be simpler and easier for you to use (I can not wait to unveil it!) I launched a monthly e-newsletter and got serious about my Google reviews (please please I beg of you- give me a google review), so you always know what's happening and can trust what you find. I rolled out some fun new marketing (if you got one of my custom magazine, magnets or coasters, that's what I'm talking about). I visited the newest new home builds around the area so I can speak to them firsthand when you ask. I also networked with trusted agents out of state, so if you or someone you love is making an out-of-area move, I already have a vetted referral agent ready to take great care of you. And on the technical side, I completed more updated California legal forms training, ethics training, and — the one I'm most excited about — a mentor training program to HELP ME be a better trainer so I can continue to help new agents be the best they can be, because you deserve a great agent no matter who you work with in my circle. You want the best? Hire the best. I promise the agents I am working with are shining bright- so grab your sunnies.
I had a long task list this summer, and I'm proud to say I knocked out probably 90% of it. Every day I learn is a day I become a better agent and leader for you. We can never stop learning, and I will never stop investing in myself so I can keep showing up for my clients and agents at the highest level.
Here's the thing about sales: part of doing it well is asking for it. So here's my ask — every chance you get, keep me top of mind. I work hard every day to be your Solano County expert, in every sense of the word. I live here, I eat and drink here, I learn here and I love it here. Your Google reviews, your shout-outs, and the honor of being introduced to your friends and family as "my agent" — none of that goes unnoticed. It's genuinely an honor.
I've also loved stepping into a leadership role this last couple years, mentoring a group of agents who came into real estate during a tough market- lets applaud that right there--its been WILD the last 18 months or so. Their tenacity has been something to watch, and you'll probably see them alongside me at group events and showings — more hands, more energy, more people rooting for your home sale or purchase success.
None of this happens in a vacuum. I'm incredibly lucky to work alongside two wonderful brokers who encourage growth and an abundance mindset every single day. We're pushed to share ideas, challenge each other, and stay forward-thinking — and honestly, that's the secret sauce behind what makes great agents. It's a big part of why I keep getting better, which means it's a big part of why you're in the best hands.
One more thing: things might look a little different online these days, but on the ground, nothing's changed. I'm still in person, still available by phone and text (no you won't get a robo call from me), still running hard every day to serve you.
And if you've ever been curious what it's like to work alongside me — whether as a client or as an agent in my mentorship group at Realty ONE Group Fox — I'd love to show you. Reach out anytime.
Most Sincerely-
Seidi
