Copy Cat Printing Copy Cat Printing Las Vegas Print Shop Las Vegas' Premier Printer servicing all of your printing needs. Copy Cat Printing was created.

In 1973, the Serres Family left Wisconsin to start a new venture in Las Vegas. Bob a had a vision of opening his own hardware store when he met a man who was selling his print shop, Kopy Kat. He quickly changed his mind about the hardware store, and jumped into the printing business. The first location was a small mom-&-pop operation, in the back corner of Tiffany Square on Maryland Parkway and Flamingo Road. Equipment consisted of one single-color printing press, a folding machine, and a small cutter. Copy Cat started out like most companies, with only a handful of clients. Our relationships with clients and the quality of our work earned us a positive reputation, granting loyalty and confidence from the people and companies we printed for. Word-of-mouth advertising created and sustained our business, and that is something we are very proud of. Please help us keep word-of-mouth advertising alive, and give us the opportunity to turn you into a loyal customer who is confident in recommending Copy Cat Printing to friends and colleagues.

PANTONE COLORS: Coated Vs. Uncoated.
"Regardless of whether a color is C or U, the ink is made the same."

For those designers who insist their customers tell their printers that "They MUST use 287 *C*, here's the reason why it doesn't matter to us.

Spot Colors are often named as C, U, CVC or CVU depending if the ink is on coated or uncoated paper when used for a commercial print project.

"When printers have to correct the work of designers, a lot can go wrong. The end results may not meet the clients needs, deadline or budget, and this can spell disaster for the client relationship."

Designer and YouTube celebrity Roberto Blake on why understanding how design is processed and output needs to be incorporated into the creative process.

08. Don’t say: “Can you use this image I found online?”
Why? Turning to Google or other search engines for images can backfire in a number of ways. For one, like the previous point, you could run into legal trouble for using a copyrighted image — one that’s not licensed for personal or commercial use. Additionally, it’s likely that the image won’t even look good in your design because the resolution is too low.
