We are local and a family owned growing agency. We have an immediate opening for a compassionate, caring, hard-working, independent, part-time office assistant. Duties include answering phones, filing, document compliance checks, tracking PCA hours, client intake, preparing intake packets, employee onboarding, and other duties as assigned. Must be willing to fill-in for absent PCAs which may include driving to all areas of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. Must be flexible to work between 20-35 hours pers week. Office hours are 9 am - 5 pm and fill-in hours can vary. Office is located near McCarran Airport. Current CPR/First Aid, current PCA training certificate, current TB test and Physical are required prior to hire. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to undergo a healthcare background check. Minimum 1 year PCA experience required. This position requires flexibility and dependability.
