Diana Nguyen is the CEO and Founder of Madison / Savile, a lifestyle brand of women’s inspirational blazers and suits.
She was a Finance Consultant turned Fashion Designer and Entrepreneur. Before making the leap into the fashion world and starting Madison / Savile she spent 15 years in corporate in the tech and finance industry.
During her years in corporate, she saw countless women struggle with finding a blazer that they loved (including herself!) due to a combination of poor fit or style. She realized that there was a gap in the market, quit her corporate job and since then have been working tirelessly to perfect the fit of a woman’s blazer through her label Madison / Savile. “I can confidently say our blazers are so comfortable you can sleep in them!” Her passion and purpose with Madison / Savile is to build more than just a fashion brand, it’s to build a brand of courage and encouragement, to give women courage to believe in themselves, to trust their gut, to have a voice, to realize their true beauty and power within “It’s there, we just tend to forget it! Impress yourself first and you will impress the world.” Building an empire of change a blazer at a time.
She loves blazers but is passionate about impacting and inspiring change for women using blazers as a vehicle because of what it stands for. “Armoring you from the outside and building you up from the inside.” Coming from an immigrant family, being raised by a single mom, and seeing all the struggles and sacrifices the women in her life had to make, she is very passionate in changing the narrative. “It shouldn’t have to be a sacrifice between your career or your family. What can we do to change this?
