The Free Agency is heading into our 9th Year!
In 2015 The Free Agency was created out of the need for marketing agencies to be more flexible and nimble. In the first year we began with receiving half a million bags of Kettle Chips to sample in Denver and Boulder. We learned how to navigate the experiential marketing field and provide our clients customized strategies and programs with results backed by data and metrics. The Free Agency found new opportunities in the cannabis industry creating the standard for managing in-dispensary pop-up programs and Budtender trainings .
Then… COVID. Overnight TFA lost 90% of the company (if we ever hear the word pivot again - UGH). We stayed our course and focused on what we are best at - event ideation, Brand Ambassador staffing and training, large-scale sampling programs, and field marketing for cannabis and CPG brands.
2022 was our biggest year yet and we were thrilled to be named one of the top 22 Cannabis Marketing companies in the US!
As we enter our 9th year in business, we are excited to continue hiring the best teams to execute programs that make a difference for the brands we represent.
