Here's a hard truth about the funding deficit in our communities:

It isn't a funding problem. It's an infrastructure problem.

The money is moving. The grants are getting awarded. The contracts are being signed. They're just not flowing through us — because we don't have the receipts.

We don't have the contact lists.
We don't have the engagement records.
We don't have the proof of community.

A funder asks "who's in your network?" and we send a screenshot of our followers.

Once a week, open your CDL and ask yourself:

* Who haven’t I spoken to in 90 days?

* Who just made a move I should congratulate?

* Who could I connect with someone else in my network?
