We are looking for a positive hard working assistant to add to our team. You would be handling organizational and clerical support tasks in the office. Skills necessary are resourcefulness, detail oriented, adept in technology, verbal and written communication skills, time management and professionalism.
Programs you must be familiar with are QuickBooks, Excel, Dropbox, Microsoft Word and Adobe. You would also be handling certified payroll, time cards, vendor accounts/invoices, billing, draft proposals and insurance. Work days start at 8:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM with 1/2 hour lunch break and two 10 min breaks in the day. It’s a 7.5 hr workday Monday-Thursday and Fridays we usually close at 2:00 PM.
