How simple is your message as a business owner? Can you say it in one sentence? Does it make the other person ask questions? The quicker you can make a connection with a client the easier it is to get them to do business with you. It took me years to make mine simple and gets people to think about what I do in the fuel business.

"I provide energy for your income and your comfort"

Simple, easy to say and allows for the conversation to continue.

Simple concise easy to remember slogans or messages helps the customer remember who you are and what you do.

Years ago when I first started delivering for Miller Bros Excavating, the fuel man was how I was recognized before people knew my name.

What easy slogans or business names come to mind when you think of businesses you deal with or remember.

Have to admit I missed this mark when I named my company Kevin Mote Petroleum Distributor Inc. not a short name and was a mouthful on the phone.

What does "your retail energy coach" mean?

Your: it is about you, the business owner. It starts, stops improves and is successful because of you

Retail: the focus will be on indie retail business owners, my training from Whizbang! is focused on this industry.

Energy: it takes energy, positive energy to keep a business growing and evolving, my goal is to help improve your energy.

Coach: coach/mentor either word can be used here. Just like a coach for a sporting team, I will be there beside you, supporting you and your business.
