For a long time, I thought my job was helping people with social media.
Content. Visibility. Messaging. Client attraction.
And while those things mattered...
something wasn't clicking.
People would leave inspired. But many still struggled to show up.
So I started paying closer attention โ not to their content, but to their conversations.
Every time I asked "Who do you help?" the answer got longer.
Then it hit me.
The problem wasn't visibility or consistency.
The problem was clarity.
And it showed up three ways:
I'll show up once I get clear." So they pause. Overthink. Disappear.
If I focus on one person, I'll miss opportunities." So no one feels specifically seen.
They know what they do. But what should take 10 seconds takes 3 minutes.
Most coaches don't need more visibility.
They need more clarity.
Which of these three feels most familiar right now?
