In case you didn’t know, in addition to accepting items that already have labels, we also ship out!

That means that you can come into our store and we can tell you how much it’s going to cost you to get your item where it needs to go, by the date you need to get there, either by USPS (Post Office), FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

That means you can compare all your options, price wise and delivery date wise.

When you return items on Amazon, for lots of items, these are your choices.

Unfortunately, if you choose the QR code to return the item to Rent-A-Center, you cannot bring it to us. You do have to take it to Rent-A-Center.

Even our manager, Michanna Talley Tate had her own personal Amazon returns that she took to Rent-A-Center today.

Topic of the Day: Amazon Returns! 📦

Recently, we have seen a change in the options for people to return items to Amazon. That change seems to coincide with Amazon having their own delivery trucks. 🚚

Now, if you are given a QR code, it most
likely will direct you to go to Rent-A-Center.

After being told in 2025 that in 2026, we would be able to scan QR codes for UPS, unfortunately that has not happened. 😏

If you are given a QR code for an Amazon return, unfortunately, you cannot drop it off with us.

BUT REMEMBER we can take anything with a label!

AND we can scan the majority of QR codes for FedEx and USPS.
