We unfortunately had significant damage from Hurricane Helene, causing us to move out for almost a year while the house was repaired.
Our insurance company contacted Dana and her Team (Sharon, Shelley, Sarah, Ileanna, Jose, Dan, Darius, and others that were involved in the pack out but did not return for pack back), and all were fabulous in their attention to detail in capturing, tagging and carefully boxing when we started this process. They immediately reduced our stress and fears about the process as they professionally did their work to empty the house into storage.
On return, we were again very pleased and happy to see many of the same faces again, giving us assurance that we would be taken care of in the return process.
After many false starts on our part, Dana was able to have her team appearance coordinated quickly, so "Thanks Dana" for making it work so well!
To all of the Team, you have our Sincere Thanks for how well you performed and your conduct!
I was happy to take most of the Team out to lunch multiple times as a small token of our Thanks. We still owe Dana multiple lunches out, a raincheck that can be cashed anytime when in the area.
I can happily and highly recommend the services of the whole American Contents Team and Dana as their lead. While I hope I will never NEED their services again, I would not hesitate to contact them for all similar opportunities, they are that good, it's a easy choice.
