We had a super fun time at over graduation weekend!

It’s always a pleasure to read tarot for folks and talk about mental health and holistic wellness.

I use tarot readings as a way to show how coaching works - combining them to look at the challenges they are working through.

They receive a new perspective from the cards, I provide my own insights, then we collaborate and problem solve to evoke the solutions that lie within them, figuring out their next steps toward their goals.

Hello friends! This is a reading from April 23rd that I reflected on today. It started as a I Ching reading then I pulled tarot cards for the 2nd half. The reference book I used: Huang’s the Complete I Ching

The main inquiry was “what happens when I focus my attention on my self and my work?”

The primary gua (using a coin method) was 25 - Wu Wang - Without Falsehood. I see that as a reminder for operating with integrity and honesty, my renewed focus on my own work enables it to be a vehicle for success. Be in the natural state of an individual. Allow my business to be an authentic reflection of me and my values

I have been very community focused the last few years, putting energy out to the world. I’ve been mindfully wanting to shift that inwards, towards myself/my business, to see what may grow from that

For the second gua we took the 1st gua transformed, the 6th line was moving Yang and so 25 turned into 17 - Sui - Following. According with, moving with delight, forward with joy. To lead, learn to be led. How can one influence others to follow? Accompanying amiably, sublimely prosperous and smooth

At this point I decided to pivot and pull tarot cards. I’ve been branching out into I Ching and wanted to see what came from combining them

First card was VII - The Chariot - representing individual drive, ambition, force of will, reaching goals through self-discipline and focused determination. I am in control of my surrounding, reigning in opposing forces to decide my direction

The second card pulled was the Ace of Swords - mental strength and courage, independent mind, strategic thinking. Intellectual enthusiasm, a new mental conquest to work on my dharma. Cutting through cloudy thoughts of doubt, ambiguity, and seeing things clearly. I can use strong, honest, clear communication to attain my goals and grow my business

I’m so grateful to have these tools, they connect me to the Tao and my higher power. Thank you for reading!

Looking back over the weekend with gratitude, for being able to practice, teach and learn with others in a meaningful way 🐸

We engaged with a soundbath and guided meditation, then explored tarot, consciousness, spell-crafting, what magick looks like in an intentional, grounded practice

Travelers were taught about The Webbing Way, my method for reading tarot, journaling, and navigating this reality in a creative, expressive way

Looking forward to making more magick in future workshops! Happy to collaborate with local facilitators who would benefit from adding sound-bath, health & wellness coaching, and tarot to your offerings 🐸🪄🌊

We’ve been connecting with our Chinese roots and exploring the I Ching (the Book of Changes)!

The Lo Shu Square is part of the legacy of ancient Chinese mathematical and divinatory Traditions. The presence of this magic square has been recorded since 80 AD and explicitly in 570 AD.

The Interaction of the Numbers within the Lo Shu square:

Even numbers are at the corners (2, 4, 6, 8)

The odd numbers form a cross in the centre of the square. (1, 3, 7, 9 at the edges and 5 in the centre)

The sums of the corners sum to 10 (4 + 6; 8 + 2)

The sum of the edge also sum to 10 (9 + 1; 3 + 7)

The sums of the three rows and the three columns all sum to 15.

Another property is the combinations of numbers that subtract to 5.

On the top left: 9 - 4 = 5

Top right: 7 - 2 = 5

Bottom right: 6 - 1 = 5

Bottom left: 8 - 3 = 5

The Movement of numbers within the Lo Shu square is considered to be the natural flow of energy in nature.

Follow the yellow line with the sequence of numbers. This movement is frequently used in Feng Shui.

We’ll engage with some guided meditation with Mary Evans Kaczor while I play music (ambient folk sound bath) followed by a break for creative writing, tarot, spell-crafting and snacks.

Then another sound bath set where folks are free to go with the flow and explore the space.

We’ll wrap up with a conversation about the process, read some of our writing and close the container.

Hi friends, I’m excited to facilitate a workshop in a couple weeks - April 11th - 1-5pm at ! Here’s a little preview of the space and some of my tunes.

Suggested investment to attend is $60 - financial assurance/pay what you can for those in need - come and hang and we’ll sort it out 🙂

We’ll engage with a guided meditation Mary Kaczor as I play music, an ambient folk sound bath for 1hr. Then a break for writing, tarot, and snacks.

Followed by another set of music with free flow through the space to continue writing, read tarot, craft spells, talk about health and wellness.

We’ll close the container with a recap of the experience and share our writing with the group! Hope to see you there!
