Let’s make this your Sunday Reset Flow — a one-hour weekly ritual that aligns your faith, fitness, finances, and focus so you enter every week centered, disciplined, and unstoppable.
🕊️ Phase 1 — Faith Reset (15 minutes)
Purpose: Clear your mind, reconnect to peace, and start your week in alignment.
1. Prayer of Gratitude (2–3 min)
“Lord, thank You for another week of breath, strength, and purpose.
I surrender my stress, my fears, and my plans into Your hands.
Guide my actions, my money, and my mindset.
Make me a man of discipline, love, and stewardship.”
2. Scripture Reflection (5 min)
Read one Psalm or Proverb slowly.
Example for today: Psalm 20 — victory through God’s strength.
Ask: What’s the one line I need to carry into this week?
3. Faith Alignment (5–7 min)
Write 3 intentions:
How will I walk in peace this week?
Who can I encourage or serve?
What fear do I need to release to God?
💪 Phase 2 — Fitness Reset (10 minutes)
Purpose: Ground your body so your energy matches your mission.
1. Reflect on last week:
How many workouts did I complete?
Did I fuel or feed emotions?
Where can I tighten discipline?
2. Plan your movement schedule:

Mon: Chest + cardio
Tue: Back + abs
Wed: Active recovery (stretch/prayer walk)
Thu: Legs + core
Fri: Upper push/pull
Sat: Light session or project day
Sun: Reset & rest
Write it. Visualize it. Commit.
💰 Phase 3 — Financial Reset (15 minutes)
Purpose: Command your money before it commands you.
1. Review last week’s spending
Look at your bank activity:
✅ Needs (bills, insurance, gas)
🚫 Leaks (fast food, ATM fees, Affirm hits)
2. Assign this week’s paycheck
Example formula:
10% Tithe/giving
50% Bills/essentials
20% Savings/trading capital
10% Fun/family
10% Debt snowball
3. Set a single financial mission
Example:
“This week I will not use any non-Bank ATMs.”
or
“This week I’ll save $25 toward "xyz’s support fund.”
🧠 Phase 4 — Focus Reset (20 minutes)
Purpose: Align your time and mind with your mission.
1. Review last week:
Ask yourself:
What were my wins?
What drained my energy?
What can I do better this week?
2. Set 3 priorities for the new week:
🎯 Example:
Consistent morning prayer + workout
Stay under fast-food cap ($40/week)
Save for "x" + review trading plan every night
3. Plan your schedule visually
Outline work hours, OT, workout blocks, and rest.
Protect those times like appointments with your destiny.
4. Close with affirmation:
“This week, I will lead myself with discipline.
My actions will match my purpose.
My peace will protect my progress.”
🔁 Optional Bonus: Sunday Evening Reflection (10 min)
Before bed, review your notes. Pray again.
Ask: “What do I want God to do through me this week?”
Then sleep in peace — you’ve already won by being prepared.
