As a non-profit, you have to file a Form 990, we've took the time to list a few variations of the form that may fit your organization's specific situation.

Maintaining a 501(c)(3) Pt. 2

As a general rule of thumb any 501(c)(3) should refrain from all political campaign activity.

As well as engaging in lobbying activity, operating in a way unrelated to its exempt purpose and failing to file annual returns three years in a row.
