Their journey began in February 2022 with the submission of the Labor Certification. Along the way, the case went through an audit, I-140 approval, NVC processing, and a long wait for the consular interview.

After more than 4 years and 6 months, the family attended their interview on August 18, 2026, and received approval the very next day! 🇺🇸

Our team recently traveled to Wisconsin to meet with applicants currently working at Abbyland Foods Inc., one of Kennedy Access Group's sponsoring employers.

We had a wonderful time in Wisconsin sharing a meal, catching up on their work experiences, and hearing about their lives in the U.S. Thank you to everyone who joined us—we truly enjoyed spending time with you!

Congratulations to our Brazilian applicant on receiving their EAD card approval!🎉

This applicant began his EB-3 process on September 16, 2021, and recently received his EAD card approval on June 3, 2026. His Adjustment of Status (I-485) application was filed on March 13, 2026, and is currently pending. With a work permit now in hand, we hope he will be able to begin working soon and receive his green card approval in the near future as well!

We are grateful to see more and more applicants continuously receiving their EAD cards, approvals, and permanent residency these days💙

Once this applicant receives final approval, we will be happy to share a more detailed timeline with everyone!
