🇮🇹✈🇺🇸 Welcome to the United States!

We're so excited to share another special EB-3 success story! After beginning their journey in August 2021, one of our applicants and her family have safely arrived in the United States and are beginning their new lives together. 💙

Their EB-3 journey took approximately five years, from Labor Certification and I-140 approval to consular processing and finally arriving in the U.S. And now, we have even more exciting news—the family has officially received their Green Cards! 🎉

Our Kennedy Access team had the pleasure of welcoming the family after their arrival and has continued assisting them through our settlement services as they adjust to life in the United States.

The next chapter is already beginning! Our applicant is now preparing to start working with La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant, one of our partner sponsoring employers. 🌮🇺🇸

Starting a new life in a new country takes time, and we're grateful to continue supporting this family beyond their immigration process as they settle into their new home and community.

We're excited to share a special update from one of our applicants from the Philippines! 🇵🇭

After beginning the EB-3 process in May 2022, our applicant has reached an important milestone and officially started working with Molded Fiber Glass Company in North Carolina, one of our partner sponsoring employers. He is also our first applicant to begin employment with this sponsoring employer! 🎉

Our Kennedy Access team had the opportunity to visit the company and be there on his job orientation day. It was especially meaningful to see him take this next step after years of patiently moving through the EB-3 process.

His journey is not over yet. His I-485 Adjustment of Status application is still pending, and he will continue working under his approved employment authorization while waiting for the next steps in his case, including a USCIS interview if one is scheduled.

From Labor Certification and an audit, to I-140 approval, EAD approval, and now starting his new job—there have been many milestones along the way. 💙

Congratulations on your first day, and we wish you all the best as you begin this new chapter in North Carolina! We'll continue supporting you through the rest of your journey. 🇺🇸

Their journey began in February 2022 with the submission of the Labor Certification. Along the way, the case went through an audit, I-140 approval, NVC processing, and a long wait for the consular interview.

After more than 4 years and 6 months, the family attended their interview on August 18, 2026, and received approval the very next day! 🇺🇸

This applicant’s EB-3 journey began back in August 2021, and after nearly 5 years of patience and perseverance, the journey has finally reached one of its most important milestones! 🇺🇸

The process wasn’t always easy, but after several months of waiting, the I-485 was officially approved on August 10, 2026! 🎉
