I'm just here to talk about collective wisdom & liberated decision-making.

Most decision-making environments do not help. They are built for performance. Clarity is rewarded over curiosity. Confidence is valued over reflection. In these spaces, there is little room to say I am unsure or I need to think differently..

As I move into the new year, I am reading through reflections and testimonials from past clients and partners—taking note of what has made this work meaningful and effective, and thinking through how I want to steward the next chapter of this business.
