🚨 **PROCESS SERVING MYTH SATURDAY** 🚨
**Myth #1:** *"If I don't answer the door, I can't be served."*
This is probably one of the biggest misconceptions about process serving.
The truth is, avoiding a process server doesn't make a legal case disappear. In many situations, it simply delays the process, increases costs, and may lead the court to authorize other methods of service when allowed by law.
As professional process servers, our job isn't to embarrass, intimidate, or create conflict. Our responsibility is to serve legal documents lawfully, professionally, and with respect for everyone's rights.
The legal system works best when everyone understands the process—not when it's misunderstood because of television or social media myths.
