Yes, but it’s a loaded question. In Utah, especially in a luxury market, a well designed pool can absolutely help your home sell for more. But the impact depends heavily on the location and design quality.
A buyer rarely says “I’ll pay $250,000 more because there is a pool” but they absolutely chose your home over another home because the backyard feels complete.
