It's easy to feel overwhelmed as a small business owner, but few feel they are in a financial situation to hire full-time help. And for those who can afford it, they might only need help on a part-time or per project basis.

If you could outsource just one task to a virtual assistant, what would it be?

Working with a virtual assistant doesn't need to be a huge time or financial commitment. It doesn't even need to be a set amount of hours per month. There are a lot of tasks that can be done in just an hour or two!

I currently offer 5, 10, and 20 hour blocks of time that can be used whenever you need. You pre-purchase the amount of hours you prefer and then much like a debit card you use them when you're ready.

This is perfect for small businesses that don't have the money to hire someone full-time or even on a consistent basis, but just need help a couple hours a week or for a short-term project.

Have you had a chance to make your 2022 business goals yet? If you haven't that's okay, it's only the third day of the year. Truth be told I'm still working on mine.

But do set some goals. Which will then help you formulate a plan that you can put into action. You'll probably also find that as you accomplish some of your goals you'll find more areas to set goals. And the goal - plan - action cycle will continue.
