On February 3rd in Sioux Falls SD, BW-Fusion is hosting a meeting to help you understand how to create more from your fertilizer dollar. This wont be just another sales pitch, this will be alot of work and data shared in a few hours time

The agronomy team will walk through information and data to help us gain a better understanding of how the soil works, how plants communicate with the soil microbes and ultimately decisions share what drives that system and what limits the system. And ultimately what actions correlate to yield.

They will be hosting a group of excellent growers. Growers that think outside the box and have found success by creating more with less.

2026 Crop season planning got me diving into data lately and come up with something I thought was worth sharing.

Most fertility programs still start with a standard soil test and end with a flat rate across the field. Easy, familiar, and expensive.

When we layer in WEOC/CEC by zone, things change fast.

Here’s what we consistently see when comparing programs:

Standard soil test recs + grids
• Broad averages
• Over application
• Money spent where the soil doesn’t need it

365 soil + Zones
• Better targeting of nutrients
• Reduced over-application
• Smarter placement, less waste

365 soil + Zones + Ferticast
• Nutrients matched to biological capacity
• Rates adjusted by zone, not field averages
