Our Fall Wellness Contest is just about here! It is time to refocus on your health. Chase and Sarah from IBC will be leading our teams in helping us attain weekly goals, and our overall personal goals!

We are half way through our biometric screens for the year. We will be having biometrics every Thursday and Friday until the end of the August. Drivers get first dibs on times, and we fill in with office and shop staff.

When its your turn, you will be advised the day before. You will have to fast after midnight. You can drink lots of water and take any medications as prescribed. The screening will only take 15 minutes. You will have to fill out a quick survey, get your height taken and then IBC will take over for your confidential screening and blood work results!

You can participate even if you do not have our insurance! This is a free wellness screening that Schuster pays for in hopes to catch anything early that may affect your health. Your individual screening information is not shared, but we use the aggregate reporting to help see what we need to improve on as a whole.
