At long last we can finally debut the latest evolution of the 17 inch RailRider™ wheel available exclusively from Railriders.net!

Our original 17 inch RailRider™ wheel has been incredible for many years but for certain applications it could be better.

Introducing the all-new XD17 “Extreme Duty” RailRider™ wheel. This patent-pending wheel is the culmination of multiple years’ worth of engineering and real world testing.

Features:

Super hardened polyurethane running surface. This equates to a rolling resistance equal to or less than steel on steel. Roughly translated, less pedaling effort takes you further than ever before.

Wider running surface. Tailor made for inconsistent track gauge.

Heavy duty one piece aluminum wheel hub. Will not bend, crack or break! This ensures the best ride possible.

Recastability. Should the tread ever wear down, the XD17 can easily be recast for many more trouble free miles.

Increased payload capacity. Engineered to carry at least 1ooo pounds per wheel! Currently undergoing ASTM certification and testing to find out the exact number.

Works on any Railrider™ product. Adapter required and adapters available for many axle types and sizes.

The only railbike wheels presently on the market to feature an ASTM certification from an accredited engineering firm. Certification is pending but nearly completed.

At this time the XD17 is available only in black to existing commercial tour operators and new commercial builds. The XD17 is considered a special order product. Contact [email protected] for pricing and availability.

One of our customers has decided to get out of the hobby and they have put this amazing Ron’s Rider Series 3 quad up for sale.

Unit is equipped with a custom gray powdercoat, premium seating package, tow points, impact bumpers with rubber bunperettes and cargo baskets.

Located in Colorado this unit is ready for a new home. Railriders.net can assist in coordinating truck freight.

This unit originally cost $5400 and is available for only $4000 plus shipping costs.

While performing a inspection several mudslides prevented us from continuing so we had to bring the machine out on our road. It’s a petrol engined unit which helped. 5km back to set on. Your wheels performed flawlessly!”
