Each year, Anheuser-Busch pauses beer production to produce emergency drinking water, and in partnership with National Volunteer Fire Council, ensures volunteer firefighters have the critical hydration they need during extreme heat. We're proud to be one of the departments receiving this donation to help keep our team hydrated during wildfires and extended responses. A big thank you to Grey Eagle Distributors for delivering the water to our station!

Missouri summer temperatures are coming in HOT! 🥵 Make sure to stay hydrated if you have to be outdoors.

‼️Our nice run of relatively mild June temperatures has come to an end. Afternoon temperatures of about 90 degrees and the high humidity are creating dangerous conditions for those spending significant time outdoors.
⚠️A Heat Advisory is in effect where confidence is greatest in heat index values reaching 105 degrees this afternoon.
⚠️ Depending on cloud cover, there is a medium chance for similar conditions across portions of the area Wednesday and Thursday.
✅Limit time outdoors during the hottest periods of the day
✅Drink plenty of fluid to stay hydrated
✅Check on the elderly and those who might require assistance
