Please join us in welcoming Nancy McIlhaney to DeSilva Housing Group!

As the firm’s Executive Vice President, Nancy works closely with the CEO to oversee large-scale client engagements and the firm’s strategic business goals within the industry. Nancy serves as a liaison between the President and Departmental Vice Presidents to ensure efficient operations and collaboration to align with the needs of our growing client base.

DeSilva Housing Group has grown quickly since its inception in 2022! Now, we have four dedicated consultants who can meet with clients and provide expert guidance. With Nancy on board, we have greater capacity to quickly and efficiently help your team!

Specifically, Nancy can assist with creating and reviewing policies, conducting mock Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs), responding to MOR Reports, and developing procedures to ensure compliance with HUD multifamily program regulations. She can also complete on-demand compliance consulting and quality control services, and she is a seasoned trainer available for virtual and in-person training sessions.
