Got my first pewter castings done for my 1911 Marine grips but need fix the design. Unfortunately, I made the banner text too small that didn't transfer from the bronze Masters to the Vulcan mold so well, especially at the bottom where the pewter is at much higher centrifugal force in the spincaster. I'll have to redo everything and use thin light text to make it work I think, a valuable lesson learned. Need to wait till after the Tulsa show though to get them fixed. These handful i will still finish and have them at the show greatly discounted. If you want a pair let me know.
