The keys to success with every single client I work with — having a plan. It’s not “if I have time, I’ll get to it” or “I don’t have time.” The reality is, none of us have time. You make time. Just like you schedule meetings & work things and don’t miss them, you schedule your water intake, supplements, meals, exercise, etc. Failing to plan is planning to fail. Get a physical planner, write out your week of meals & exercise in the same place you plan for your work & kids. Start your week with a plan ✨

Ditching & switching to a nontoxic lifestyle can be extremely overwhelming. Take it one step at a time & start here! Hand soaps are one of the easiest ways to start switching to a chemical-free home. Here is the recipe I always use:

+ 1/3 cup unscented Dr. Bronner’s Castile soap
+ 2/3 cup water
+ 20-40 drops essential oils of choice (I love to change these seasonally)

Mix all ingredients in a foaming hand soap dispenser and you’re good to go! I’ve tagged one of my fave soap dispenser brands below, and more listed in my shop!
