Patricia and I had a great group at KM world last week attending our workshop on the ISO 30401: 2018 KM Standards. We covered the standards, how to prepare for an audit and what the auditor is looking for. So far, we are the first ones teaching companies what to expect and how to get ready.

Another week behind me with a great visit to Virginia Commonwealth University where I was working with the Biomedical Engineering Department to build a strategic plan for the next 5 years. Richmond VA is a very cool and historic city.
