Did you know for tax year 2022 the IRS provides a tax credit of 26% of the cost of your solar system if paid for and installed prior December 31st! You are able to include all wiring, installation/labor costs, system equipment (excluding appliances), and sales tax in the total.

For a $5,000 solar system that would be a $1,300 tax credit!!! A $10,000 system gets a $2,600 tax credit!!! And that credit is taken off your total 2022 tax liability, not just a reduction of your taxable income. This is a big deal!
