We provide process serving, document retrieval and skip tracing. (Additional services will become available in the future). Preparation and return of the proof of service and any requested declaration to your office. In case of non service or a bad address, a timely report will be forwarded to you containing attempt dates, times and address notes. If original address is incomplete and missing a suite, apartment or unit number, or numerical address, it be deemed a non serve. Corrected addresses are considered a new service request and will be subject to being charged full price for a new set of attempts. As with all companies, we cannot guarantee 100% of service. As a member of ProcesServer Network our clients have the ability to track their assignments online, upload documents & photographs, contact their assigned server directly, and enter notations to assist with delivery.
