🐞 October’s Featured LadyBug is Jade! ❤️

Jade has been part of The LadyBug family for 7 months as one of our Customer Service Representatives! One of her favorite parts of the job is helping educate our community about the pests and wildlife they encounter. And apparently, she's pretty good at handling wildlife herself! 😂 She once caught a bird that found its way into our shop!

When she's not helping our clients, you'll probably find her working on an art project, playing pickleball, or dominating a game of Call of Duty. 🎮🎨

A few fun facts about Jade? She's the only redhead in her family, loves a good trip to Traderbakers Lebanon IN Flea Market, and her go-to drink is a 7 Brew Coffee Blondie with cold foam and caramel drizzle! ☕️

Jade says her favorite thing about working at The LadyBug is the supportive, caring team she's surrounded by, and we're so happy she's part of it!

Help us show Jade some love in the comments! ❤️🐞

Everyone, meet June! 🦝❤️

Boone officially has a sidekick, and our LadyBug family just got a little bigger. Her full name is June Bug, but her friends call her June. 🪲

We couldn’t think of a better day than International Raccoon Day to introduce the newest face around here.

Give June a big LadyBug welcome! 🐞 🤗

Back-to-back conferences? Just another week at The LadyBug. 🐞✈️

Last week was a BIG one for education!

Jaclyn and Amanda headed to Texas for Jobber NOW, getting a first look at new features, tools, and updates coming to the CRM we use every day, and learning how we can put them to work to better serve our clients.

Jaclyn landed back in Indiana late Thursday night and was right back at it Friday morning for the final day of AAC Distributing XclusionPro: Lead to Succeed!

From learning new technology in Texas to talking leadership and growth back home, it was a week packed with new ideas to bring back to The LadyBug.

When we say we never stop learning, we mean it. ❤️🐞

🐞 September’s Featured LadyBug is David!

David is coming up on a year with us and currently serves as one of our Wildlife Tech Leads + a Hybrid Technician!

He’s been in the industry since 2019, which makes it pretty funny that when he first started, he was terrified of mice AND claustrophobic. Talk about choosing the right career. 😂

A few things you might not know about David: he used to be a commercial fisherman, loves spending time with his kids, and runs on Watermelon Red Bull. He also gave DeLullo's Trattoria his favorite local restaurant shoutout. 👏

David says his favorite part of the job is getting to interact with customers, and when we asked what he loves about working at The LadyBug, his answer was simple: it feels like family. ❤️

We’re happy you’re part of ours, David! 🐞

We’re officially in Brownsburg! 🐞❤️

The LadyBug is growing, and we couldn’t be more excited to officially celebrate our Brownsburg location! ✂️

Thank you to the Greater Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce for celebrating this exciting milestone with us and for all they do to bring local businesses together.

We’ve loved getting to know the people of Brownsburg, building relationships, and becoming more involved in this community. We’re so excited to continue serving the families and businesses who call Brownsburg home for many years to come. ❤️

Thank you, Brownsburg. We’re so happy to be here! 🐞

Funkytown, but make it Zionsville. 🪩🐞

A little rain wasn’t enough to keep Boone Raccoon and his critter crew away! 🦝🐿️🐭 We had an Out of This World time at the Zionsville Lions Club Fall Festival Parade, passing out candy, seeing so many familiar faces, and making the most of a slightly soggy Saturday. 😂🌧️🛸

Thanks for showing up and having some fun with us, Zionsville! ❤️

UPDATE 🐞

We are so happy to share that Johnny is HOME! ♥️

He still has a road of recovery ahead of him, but he is doing well and we are incredibly thankful to have him home with his family.

Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover the amount of love, prayers, messages and support you all have sent our way over the last few days. We have felt every bit of it.

One day at a time.
The Ricci Family ♥️
