We have completed many of our renovations and upgrades and making plans to put it back on the rental market again. Many of you have asked when our home will be available again for booking your vacations and the answer is.... mid November. We are using a new management company called turnkey. Right now we are wide open with no scheduled bookings. I will post the information as soon as we finalize the contract. We have remodeled the exterior, put on a new roof, new decking on the dock, upgraded the waterfall and pond. We added a deck down by the waterfall and remodeled the sunroom adding central HVAC. These are just a few of the improvements. We appreciated all the great comments and look forward to many more in the months and years ahead. Stay tuned

We are temporarily ceasing the rental of Waterfall Villa as if September 1,2016 for renovation and additions. We appreciate all our guest and repeat guest over the last several years. We are sure yet what the re open date will be. VRBO has recently added additional charges for our guest and we may give it a go without listing it and just renting through social media.
