This week, our marketing team attended Multifamily Marketing East, truly one of the premier conferences for multifamily marketing professionals, on behalf of North Cornwall Commons Apartments.
We believe that investing in education is one of the most valuable investments we can make. Conferences like MME provide opportunities to learn from industry leaders, exchange ideas with likeminded peers, and gain insight about trends shaping the future of the Real Estate industry.
We’re especially proud that both our Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator got the opportunity to share insights with the attendees from the roundtable discussions. Marley shared ideas from a Dyverse session that discussed connected marketing and the importance of progress over perfection when it comes to attribution data, while Anthony spoke about his session with Zumper that explored how Google is influencing today’s renter journey and the growing importance of digital visibility.
Several themes resonated with our team throughout the conference: the power of storytelling, the importance of meaningful customer connections, and the value of consistently showing up for the people we serve. One thing that remains unchanged is that trust, transparency, and human connection remain at the center of every successful resident relationship.
