Oversaw equipment and school facilities valued at $200 million, Personal Staff, 10 managers and an additional staff of 18. Received an excellence security top-secret inspection rating and exceeded the Department of the Army goal for accounting, finance, and administrative performance with a 99.33% rating.Wrote an 865 page chemical, biological, radiological hazard and protective equipment program of instruction and tests used worldwide.
