We are seeking a dedicated Field Inspector to cover a premier territory spanning Aroostook, Penobscot, Washington, and Hancock Counties. This is a high-reward role for a true "Road Warrior" who prefers the open road to a cubicle.

Earnings: $65,000+ per year (Consistent weekly pay).
Schedule: Full-Time (4–5 days per week).
Volume: 20–30 property inspections per day.

You’ll be navigating the vast beauty of Northern and Eastern Maine—from the North Woods of Fort Kent to the rugged coastlines of Washington and Hancock Counties.

📝 What You’ll Do
Drive a pre-set route to observe and document property conditions.
Take high-quality photos using our smartphone app.
Submit brief status reports for mortgage and insurance companies.

Reliable Vehicle: Must have your own (fuel-efficient is highly recommended!).
Tech Savvy: Modern smartphone with a great camera and data plan.
Winter Ready: Comfortable navigating Maine’s changing road and weather conditions.
Independent: This is a 1099 position—you manage your fuel and maintenance while we provide the high-volume work.

Good morning all, we are currently looking for a property inspector that lives somewhere between Lewiston and Portland. We do inspections for mortgage companies and insurance companies.

Duties include setting appointments with homeowners, lots of driving, filling out a script on your phone through a dedicated app, and taking photos through that app.

This is a 1099 position. You'll need reliable transportation and a newer smartphone. You can set your own schedule but we also need to meet client deadlines. Inspectors make between 250 and 350 a day. Please send resume or any questions to [email protected]

We are currently looking for an mortgage field inspector in the Portland or Lewiston area.

This is a 1099 position. Job requires a use of your own vehicle, a newer style smartphone, a 10-ft selfie stick in order to get pictures by a homes roofline, and good communication skills.

Coverage area would include from Cornish to Fryburg over to Lewiston and down to Portland.

Pay is around $3,500 per month. Direct deposit is done bi-weekly.

We are looking for an Contractor to take on 120-150 lawn cuts per month from April-October from Dover NH to Manchester NH. We cut lawns on vacant properties for the bank. The job requires more then just cutting lawns. You also have to take photos through a provided app of before and after the lawn is cut. We have a bunch of great crews all ready but we are looking to expand. Please do not respond if you do not have the required tools. Experience in Mortgage field industry is preferred but not required.
