Spent the last few weeks dialing in the Morning Wood Router Sled and here is the version going into production. 6" z- axis (vertical adjustment) , 60" gantry, upgraded Y-rails, ballscrew, 3D printed spindle clamp and magnetic dust shoe.

I think the gantry is dialed in, time to work on production and marketing.

Went with rectangular y-rails (more stable than round) and a ball screw that can be disconnected from the y-rail plate to manually run across the grain to take off high spots quickly
