☀️🔥 BEAT THE HEAT, STAY SAFE! 🔥☀️

Louisiana heat can be more than uncomfortable—it can become dangerous quickly.

💧 Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water
🌳 Take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning
👕 Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing
🚗 NEVER leave children or pets unattended in a vehicle
⚠️ Know the warning signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke

If someone becomes confused, loses consciousness, has a very high body temperature, or shows signs of heat stroke, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
