He cosigned the bill. There is so much about this situation that just isn’t right.

First of all if the hurricane is possibly coming your way, remember your stuff is just stuff. Be safe and make smart decisions.

Second of all, if you or anyone you know owns a home with insurance anywhere near where the hurricane lands, please reach out to me or Scotty Moland. We are public insurance adjusters and can and will help you out. This is a headache you don't want, I promise you. Let us deal with the headaches and the fun of arguing with your insurance company.

Even if you aren't sure you have damage, we will come out and inspect your house. We know what and where to look.

Also some advice, go and take pictures of your house now. LOTS OF PICTURES. Videos work too. Document your house prior to damage. One of the biggest fights we have with insurance companies daily is whether or not damage was there before the storm. With dated photos, it won't be a question.
