We are heartbroken to share the passing of our beloved Katie Kornis Schranz.

Katie was an important part of the Kornis family and Kornis Electric Supply, and she will be greatly missed by our team, our customers, and all who knew her.

A visitation will be held Monday, January 26, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Langsford Funeral Home in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with an inurnment following at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Raytown, Missouri.

We love you, Katie.

We want to thank everyone who participated in our second annual 50/50 Raffle at our Golf Tournament! It was in honor of Abbey Kornis and donated to Special Olympics Missouri. The raffle money was used to rent out the Lunar Bowling Alley in Blue Springs and over 600 participants attended. It was a great success! Josie Mann, one of Lee’s Summit adult athletes won the Perseverance Award in Honor of Abbey Kornis.
Again, we thank you for your participation and can’t wait for next year!
