My blood pressure goes up just a LITTLE when somebody books a lesson ONE WEEK before their pageant. 🙃

Ma’am, we needed MONTHS, not a miracle! At this point, we need Jesus, a prayer circle, and a whole lot of caffeine!

I love y’all DOWN, but confidence, consistency, and stage presence are BUILT, not microwaved! lol

CONSISTENCY BUILDS CONFIDENCE!

One thing I will always preach when it comes to pageant prep is the importance of being CONSISTENT!

Confidence doesn’t magically show up on competition day. It’s built through the lessons, the practice, the corrections, and the willingness to keep showing up even when nobody is watching.

The more you practice, the more comfortable you become. The more comfortable you become, the more your confidence grows. And THAT is when we start seeing real growth! 👏🏽

You can’t expect months of growth from a week of preparation.

Stop preparing just to compete. Start preparing to become BETTER!

FACT: You don’t grow when you’re comfortable. You grow when you’re CHALLENGED! 👏🏽

Pageantry isn’t just about showing up, looking pretty, and hoping for a crown. It’s about learning to perform under pressure, accepting constructive criticism, stepping outside your comfort zone, and doing the work when nobody is watching.

Sometimes growth looks like not placing. Sometimes it’s hearing feedback you didn’t expect. Sometimes it’s competing against girls who push you to raise your own standard.

Stop confusing being uncomfortable with being unprepared. Sometimes that discomfort is exactly what you need to reach your next level!

If you aren’t practicing your facials during lessons you aren’t doing it right. Your facial expressions should transition just as smoothly as your walk. Knowing when to smile, soften, or show a little sass creates dimension, confidence, and on stage presence. Don’t get stuck in one expression. Give the judge something to remember.

God is really funny sometimes because He will put you in a position and then slowly show you, “THIS is why I placed you here.”

I never imagined that what started with me simply sharing what I knew would turn into me teaching, mentoring and pouring into women and girls from all over.

And when I say I teach, I mean that. My lessons aren’t just “walk like this” or “answer the question like that.” I want my girls to understand the WHY. I educate them. I challenge them. I teach them how to communicate, how to carry themselves, how to think for themselves, how to walk into a room with confidence and how to recognize what makes THEM special.

Somewhere along the way, God made me a teacher. ❤️

And the funny part is…I didn’t even realize that was what He was doing.

A full 9-hour day in Arkansas doing what I love! Drove in, knocked out lessons with my girls, and headed right back home!

Honestly, it worked out SO well that I would definitely do more one-day coaching trips if enough girls are interested. 🙌🏽 I even made it home in time for a late dinner and got to see my babies before they headed to bed.

Productive, quick and WORTH IT! Arkansas, I’ll be back! 😉

I’ll be in Hot Springs November 6–8 for the Arkansas Elementary & High School America Pageant, and I’ve officially opened my books for IN-PERSON private coaching lessons!

If you want to get some last-minute stage work in, clean up your walk, perfect those poses, or just get that extra boost of confidence before you hit the stage COME SEE ME!
