Location: Kansas City Metro Area
Project Start: Immediate with additional projects in the pipeline for 2025

Overview:
We are seeking experienced and fully licensed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractors or companies to join our team for multiple residential and commercial projects currently underway, with a robust pipeline of additional projects extending into 2025. We value quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and a collaborative approach to construction. If you are a detail-oriented contractor or firm with a proven track record of delivering high-quality MEP work, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for residential and commercial construction projects.

Work closely with our project management team to ensure all work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and budget requirements.

Maintain compliance with all local, state, and national codes and regulations.

Collaborate with other contractors and trades on site to ensure smooth project ex*****on.

Address any issues or modifications promptly and professionally.

Participate in project meetings and provide status updates as needed.

Requirements:

Must be fully licensed, insured, and bonded to perform Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work in the Kansas City Metro Area.
