This week, Bahar Consulting facilitated ACG Architects' Quarterly Staff Training Workshop focused on Building Trust, Ownership & Accountability. Together, we explored decision-making, communication with leadership, accountability, team strengths, and the behaviors that drive high-performing teams.

The session challenged participants to think beyond their job titles and focus on the daily actions that build trust, strengthen culture, and improve results.

A special thank you to the ACG team for their engagement, openness, and commitment to continuous improvement. We look forward to seeing these conversations turn into lasting impact.

Great evening for Bahar Consulting at the GGCC Annual Gala & Awards Dinner!

Asif and Lisa had a wonderful time attending the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Gala yesterday—celebrating local business excellence, connecting with fellow leaders, and supporting our vibrant Upcounty community.

One of the highlights of the evening was meeting a recipient of the Montgomery College Scholarships, funded by GGCC businesses through the GGCC Community Foundation. It was inspiring to see the direct impact our local business community is making in supporting Montgomery College students and investing in the next generation of leaders.

Thank you to GGCC for hosting such a meaningful and well-executed event.
