Meet Jacob. He is an overcomer. He came to me in pain, and praise God that when he leaves his sessions with me he is either pain free or in much less pain than when he arrives and is finding more ease and balance in his body! Healing is happening! He’s quick at learning the exercises and easy to teach!

There’s such an attractive glow in studio as the sun sets in each season, but the view out the window this week has been particularly beautiful…. Hope you have taken some quiet time and rest this week in the snow…. “There is an appointed time for everything and there is a time for every event under heaven…”

My bounty from today’s Farmers Market!
…How I enjoy this simple pleasure.
I’m captivated by the beauty of God displayed in the colors and creativity of produce! Look at the head of lettuce! It’s perfectly shaped like a bouquet of flowers!💐
