Star Security We are committed to continually nurturing our relationship with our clients in helping them Protect With What Matters Most. But what do we mean?

Protect & Connect With What Matters Most

This is the commitment we make to ourselves, families and friends, and everything we hold dear. It is also perfectly states Star Security's commitment to our clients and what we strive to deliver everyday. We install, service and monitor: Security Alarms, Camera Systems, Access Control, Central Vacuum, Audio/Video, and Paging Systems. It is a dangerous and tumultuous world we live in and the options in protecting our families and property are technology driven. As technology advances, greater connectivity is increasingly available. Star Security technicians and staff are dedicated to staying current on trending technology while maintaining a customer service that is not always present with a larger company. I was talking to a client the other day about the difference between Star Security and some other national security alarm companies. I used the restaurant analogy. You've got McDonalds, Burger King and Wendys, and then you've got the gourmet burger shop down the road. What they offer is pretty much the same. But that burger shop down the road has the ability and the will to be able to stay much more customer focused. The ability to supply much more customized services that are directed towards the individual and not the masses, sets Star Security apart from big national companies. But most importantly, in the long run, generally the cost is at least equal, if not less than what you're paying at the other guys

Check out these 20+ year old panels from Hartmann Controls! The techs spent 5 days searching for all of the access control equipment, tracing connections, and replacing and updating the panels and server. The facility is 190,000 sq ft and 3 floors, so the techs definitely got their steps in!
