Matt Hansen shared a simple point that matters:
Start with the tool that fits your comfort level.
You do not need to build a full technical system on day one.
If you are just getting started, use tools that help you create reports, review documents, draft content, and process folders. If you are more technical, then you can explore deeper setups with custom agents, integrations, and self-hosted tools.
๐ ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ๐ณ๐๐น ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐:
โ
Pick one task that takes too much time
โ
Ask AI how to automate or simplify it
โ
Use folders so your files are easy to process
โ
Let AI draft emails, but do not let it send without review
โ
Be careful with logins, bank accounts, and anything that can move money
โ
Check important work for mistakes or hallucinations
โ
Use AI to check another AI when the task needs a second pass
Mattโs biggest advice was simple:
Use your imagination, then ask the tool how to build it.
You do not need to know every technical step before starting.
You just need to know what problem you want to solve.
