We treat busy like it's the same thing as progress. We chase every "opportunity" like it's the last one we'll ever see. We push through exhaustion instead of building in the rest. And somewhere along the way, we forget that slowing down isn't the same as falling behind.

Nobody fails because they didn't work hard enough.
