🍾🥂First day of harvest 2026 started with a beautiful sunrise. We hand picked 2.4 tons of Chardonnay for our Blanc de Blancs, a traditional method sparkling w**e. The grapes were beautiful golden color. Next time these grapes will be scene in public is 2030! Great sparkling w**es requires patience! 🍾 **e **eries
