We’re Hiring a Commercial Roofing Service Manager
Roofing Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced, level-headed Service Manager to run and grow our commercial service department.
This is not an entry-level role and not a desk-only position.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has run service crews or projects before
- Understands commercial roofing repairs, diagnostics, and client communication
- Can manage people, schedules, and expectations without constant supervision
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily service operations and crews
- Reviewing service tickets, photos, and repair scopes
- Coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal staff
- Helping grow a structured, profitable service department
- Being a leader — not a firefighter
