Few know that semi-trucks must display a series of stickers and inscriptions on their rigs as per the state and federal regulations applicable in each state. Many first-time truckers get fines or even get put out of service for not being lettering compliant. So here’s a quick guide on the decals that you must display:
1. Your number and your legal business name on both sides of your . If you are doing business across country, such as doing business in California, you must also display your CA number along with your MC & ;
2. Declass displaying the last 8 characters of your and the (Gross Vehicle Weight) are also recommended, so as to make it easier for both yourself and the DOT officers during routine or planned inspections;
